Services Offered
All of our services include a collection and delivery facility to ensure the client does not have to remove contents from their residence and find their own assessment centres or service providers in search of a damage report.
Our purpose is to assess each of the items collected and carry out a thorough investigation to confirm in what manner and by what means the items were damaged. We rely on physical evidence, our technician’s findings, and surrounding circumstances relating to the claim to compile our final recommendation.
We are a cost-conscious company, and if economical and reliable, we will quote to repair the item(s) and offer a 3-month guarantee on the work done. All of our spares are sourced from OEM agents.
